Welcome to the Blogosphere

So I've been meaning to set up a blog for a while now, and I finally got up the motivation to set up a blog and start writing. I've been Twittering (@ahwahoo2006) for the last month or so and have really gotten into the swing of that, but the 160 character limit is way too constraining to offer a whole lot of insight into pretty much anything.

Not that I really have a whole lot of insight to offer, seeing as how I'm a little (read: fashionably) late to the blogging party, but hopefully I can provide some. I have a lot of interests and directions I'm thinking about, so I'm gonna take this slow and see where it goes. I've noticed a lot of love for DC proper, and not a whole lot for those of us over the river, so I'd like to provide some Arlingon-centric views on activities and food. National and local military and political news and local sports should fill out the rest, and maybe some stories if anything exciting happens to me (not that it ever does).
